Yes — absolutely. Every single product at Akkis is made with whole wheat or ragi flour, sweetened only with jaggery, organic honey, or natural fruit sugars. No refined flour, no white sugar, ever. This is our founding promise.

We need a minimum of 2 days notice for custom cakes. For elaborate multi-tier or highly detailed designs, 4–5 days is ideal. For large orders (10+ items), please contact us at least a week in advance.

We deliver across Hinjawadi, Wakad, Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Kothrud, and most of Pune. WhatsApp us your pincode and we'll confirm availability and delivery charges.

Our products use jaggery instead of refined sugar, which has a lower glycemic index. However, jaggery still contains carbohydrates and calories. We recommend consulting your doctor before consuming if you have diabetes. Many of our customers with mild sugar sensitivity enjoy our products in moderation.

You're welcome to walk into our Hinjawadi store anytime during store hours. We keep freshly baked pastries, desserts, jars, and loaves available daily. For cakes (especially custom cakes), advance ordering is required.

Yes! We do bulk orders for corporate events, office gifting, baby showers, and other occasions. WhatsApp or call us with your requirements — quantity, budget, and delivery date — and we'll put together a custom quote.

Since we use no preservatives, our products are best consumed within 1–2 days at room temperature, or 4–5 days if refrigerated. Cakes and pastries should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days. Loaves can last 4–5 days refrigerated.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, and cash. For custom cake orders, we typically ask for a 50% advance at the time of booking and the remaining amount on delivery.
